Certificate Verification Process in ISPA Education Council

Step 1: Certificate Issuance

  1. Student Enrollment and Course Completion: Students enroll in courses and complete the necessary requirements.
  2. Certificate Generation: Upon successful completion, certificates are generated with unique identifiers (e.g., serial number, QR code, or barcode).
  3. Record Keeping: All issued certificates are recorded in a secure database, including student details, course details, date of issuance, and unique identifier.

Step 2: Verification Request

  1. Initiation of Verification: Verification can be requested by employers, institutions, or the certificate holder.
  2. Submission of Request: A verification request form is submitted, providing the certificate number and holder's details. This can be done via:
    • An online portal
    • Email
    • Postal mail

Step 3: Verification Methods

  1. Online Verification Portal:
    • Access Portal: Visit the ISPA Education Council's certificate verification portal.
    • Enter Details: Enter the certificate number and other required details.
    • Display Results: The system checks the database and displays the verification results (e.g., validity, holder’s name, course completed).
  2. Manual Verification:
    • Request Submission: Submit the verification request through email or postal mail.
    • Verification Process: The council staff manually checks the database.
    • Response: A verification report is sent back to the requester, confirming the certificate’s authenticity and details.

Step 4: Verification Response

  1. Online Verification Response: Immediate response with verification status (valid/invalid) and certificate details.
  2. Manual Verification Response: Response within a predefined timeframe (e.g., 5-7 business days).
